BILLING & PAYMENT
• Membership dues are billed automatically each month on the billing date above.
• A valid payment method must be kept on file at all times.
• Failed payments receive a 5-day grace period. Membership may be suspended
until payment is received.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice.
• No refunds for partial months.
• Membership benefits remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
BOOKING POLICY
• Regular: up to 10 days in advance. VIP: up to 15 days. Corporate: up to 25 days.
• Maximum reservation is 2 hours per booking.
• No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged as used time.
• Late arrivals will have time deducted from the reserved booking.
MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Use equipment and facilities responsibly.
• No outside alcohol or tobacco products.
• No hitting from outside the designated hitting mat.
• Report equipment damage immediately.
• Members are responsible for their guests and their conduct.
EQUIPMENT & PROPERTY
Members agree to pay for damages caused by negligence or misuse.
LIABILITY WAIVER
Members acknowledge that participation in golf activities involves inherent risks,
including but not limited to personal injury or property damage. By signing, you
agree to release and hold harmless Cabos Golf Lounge from any liability.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING
CGL may use photos or videos taken at the facility for promotional use unless
member opts out in writing.
